RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused
  • In its original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

Return Process

We will provide specific return instructions and shipping address based on your order. Package items securely and ship to the provided address.

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for all non-defective returns. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at hello@newmagna.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@newmagna.com. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund including shipping costs.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Opened personal care or wellness items that have been used (unopened items in original packaging are eligible for return)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
