My knee was in pain after a long flight and nothing was helping. I tried this massager and received it on Sunday — by Friday my knee was feeling much better! The treatment is soothing and relaxing. One tip: line up the bottom of the unit with the bottom of your kneecap, close the top strap first then the second strap. I use low massage, highest heat, and both red light settings. At the end of each session I apply a topical cream. Feels great morning and night!

Very happy I purchased this. I've had it since January 2024 and I'm still using it regularly — the charge lasts longer than I expected. When my knee feels better I sometimes forget to use it, then realize it feels better because I've been using it! Not very loud, and the red light and vibration combo is great. Would definitely recommend!
