After slipping on ice I developed muscle weakness in my C1 and C2 area and suffered from daily headaches for over 20 years. I tried countless pillows including a Tempur-Pedic for years with no relief. To my complete amazement the daily headaches stopped with this pillow. It supports in all the right places and the results have been miraculous. Cannot recommend it enough!
I've never written a review before but this pillow has literally changed my life. At 48 I was exhausted daily despite a mattress topper, nasal strips, and everything else I tried. I've tried every pillow imaginable for my neck, back, and snoring issues — dollar store, wedge, down, memory foam, honeycomb — nothing worked. Had this pillow sitting unused until a pinched nerve in my shoulder blade forced me to try again. I figured out I could remove a layer and flip it to make it slimmer. Night one I slept several hours without triggering pain. Night two I got actual pain relief. Night three — full night's rest, no neck stiffness, no numbness. I firmly believe it's properly aligning my neck and upper back and allowing the nerve compression to release. Very well made, great quality, and now that I know how to set it up for me I'm super happy with it. Would absolutely buy again!
